1. Who we are

These terms apply to the Automatch app and website (the "Service"), operated by Marcos Martins under the name Automatch. Contact: WhatsApp +49 179 2299102.

2. What the Service does

The Service produces short videos and posts about customer service and automation for small businesses, and publishes them to social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn) that belong to Automatch and that were connected by us. The Service is used internally by Automatch; it is not offered to the public as a posting tool.

3. Connected accounts

When an account is connected, the Service only uses the permissions granted during the platform's official login (for example, reading basic profile information and uploading or publishing videos). Access can be revoked at any time in the settings of the social media platform.

4. Content

All content published by the Service is created by Automatch or uses media under licenses that allow commercial use. We follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform we publish to.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Automatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
