1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process
The Service only connects to social media accounts that belong to Automatch. Through the platforms' official login (OAuth) we receive:
- basic profile information of the connected account (for example, display name and account ID);
- an access token that allows the Service to upload and publish our own videos to that account;
- public statistics of the videos we publish (for example, views and likes), when the platform provides them.
We do not collect data about other users, viewers or followers, and we do not read private messages.
3. Why we use it
Only to publish Automatch's own videos to our own accounts and to see how they perform.
4. Where it is stored
Access tokens are stored by our integration provider (Composio) and on our own server in the European Union. They are used only by the Service.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share this data with anyone. It is only sent to the social media platform itself when publishing.
6. How long we keep it
Until the account is disconnected. Access can be revoked at any time in the platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions), after which the token stops working and is deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing, by contacting us on WhatsApp +49 179 2299102. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
